Exercise 1 the cow posture
- You knees are folded with your left foot under your right thigh. - The right foot goes underneath to reach the left hip. - Fold one arm back with your hand behind your back and the other extended, also behind your back. Use the Yoga Lanyard Domyos for support. This exercise stretches your thigh and back muscles, your shoulders, triceps, hips and arms. This posture also helps reduce stress.
